Ingredients:
Water, wheat protein, soy protein, natural flavour (contain sesame seeds), garlic powder, onion powder, pea protein, carrot fibre, evaporated cane juice, malt extract, yeast extract, sea salt, vitamins and minerals (thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, niacinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamine, calcium pantothenate, ferric orthophosphate, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, dipotassium phosphate).
Preparation InstructionsStovetop: Lightly oil non-stick frying pan and pre-heat on MEDIUM setting. Cook contents for 4-5 mins, stirring frequently. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover and cook for another 30 secs.
Microwave: Place contents of package into microwave safe dish and loosely cover. Heat on MEDIUM-HIGH for 1 – 1 1/2 mins.
